Nourishing - Healing Lip Balm. Alkanet Root and beet root gives this lip balm its Bordeaux coloring. The coloring reflected on your lips is very slight, and is a great healing herb. Alkanet is part of the Borage family plants. The root is used along with pine needle, peppermint and Douglas Fir infused oil for anti-microbial action.
